Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mayville State University (MSU) Athletic Department would like to establish an exclusive distribution agreement with a regional Nike dealer. In this agreement MSU wishes to establish set discounts off of the Nike Team catalog pricing in footwear, apparel and equipment. Also, as part of this agreement, the dealer would provide some type of incentive in the form of free Nike product or a Nike cash bubble from the dealer. This agreement would be for all sports interested in using Nike products. MSU Athletics has the long term goal to increase its use of Nike products; in the short term MSU Athletics reserves the right to maintain current product arrangements and use of other competing brands and products.
