Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bismarck is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and also for the two fiscal periods following 2018, with an option for the City to renew for two additional years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's Government Auditing Standards and the provisions of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
