Specifications include, but are not limited to: HVAC repairs to various Texas State Buildings located in Austin (eighteen buildings), Waco (one building), Houston (one building), and Corpus Christi (one building). While the number of buildings has the potential to be increased or decreased, the proposal shall be based on the buildings included in the construction documents. Repairs include but are not limited to: cleaning and biocide treatment of ductwork cleaning, replacing or biocide treatment of VAV box insulation cleaning filters cleaning and biocide treatment of coils repairing or replacing fans air balance relocating outside air intakes repairing outside air dampers and removing and replacing moisture damaged drywall. All buildings are occupied disruptive work shall be scheduled during nights and weekends.
