Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Installation Specifications: - Remove all refrigerant from existing system per EPA guidelines. - Disconnect and remove existing air handler, heat pump condensing unit and necessary ductwork. - Install new programmable thermostat, in order to accommodate the new system, compatible with existing EMS systems. - Provide new electrical disconnect switch, 2 pleated filters, and hail guards. - Furnish and install all necessary new refrigerant piping and piping insulation, in order to reconnect to existing. - Furnish and install all necessary condensate piping and tie into existing. - Furnish and install all necessary electrical wiring, electrical piping, new service disconnects and breakers, 120V convenience/service outlet at each unit, in order to accommodate the new system. - Pressurize entire system, leak check, evacuate and charge with refrigerant. - Connect units to existing energy management systems and test full operation. - Start system up and check complete operation. Provide test and balance reports.
