Specifications include, but are not limited to: South Oak Cliff High School - Project is Hydronic Conversion consisting of the following 1. Replacing steam boilers with hot water boilers. 2. Remove steam radiators throughout campus. 3. Remove steam heaters from gymnasium. 4. Remove steam piping. 5. Modify existing unit ventilators from steam heating to hot water heating. 6. Add heating and cooling unit ventilators. 7. Add electric heater. 8. Replace split systems in Administration area with RTUs. 9. Replace/Add RTUs in various areas. 10. Adding beam detectors to roof to protect new equipment. 11. Replacing exhaust fans in restrooms - roof mounted. 12. Replace ceilings and lights in corridors and some selected classrooms and offices. 13. Miscellaneous patching, painting, and floor replacement where required from HVAC work. 14. Associated electrical infrastructure to support the above modifications. 15. Replacing ceiling and lights with new ceiling and lights in auditorium and cafeteria.
