Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Scope The Mission High School Renovations Phase III Project scope of work will include but not limited to the continuation of Phase I & II renovations which are re-roofing, new HVAC, lighting upgrades and replacing ceilings on various buildings. Also included is the handicap accessibility retrofits for various restrooms, doors, hardware, etc. within the buildings and increasing electrical power in classrooms for technology. If budget allows, additional building upgrades will be provided such as replacing millwork, flooring and painting of classrooms. This campus was first constructed in 1964 and the majority of it does not currently comply with the local and state building codes and other state codes. The facilities upgrade will be designed to meet state and federal accessibility standards and Texas Education Agency facility standards and appropriate building code requirements.
