Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Fish and Wildlife is requesting proposals for Sonar PR Aquatic Herbicide or approved equal that meets the following criteria: 1. Product must be a precision release selective systematic aquatic herbicide for management of aquatic vegetation in fresh water ponds, lakes, reservoirs, drainage canals, irrigation canals, and rivers. 2. It must be a pelleted formulation 3. Product must contain 5% Fluridone equal to 0.05 pounds of Fluridone per pound. Fluridone: 1-methyl- 3 phenyl- 5-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl-4(1H)pyridinone 4. Product must be packaged in 30 pound pails. 5. Product must be labeled for use on Hydrilla verticillata.
