Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the State of Vermont (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide pre-developed e-learning content, courses and materials to State of Vermont employees. Prospective vendors are invited to bid on a single solution type or multiple solutions in accordance with their operations. Solution(s) must be Shareable Content Object Reference Model(“SCORM”)compliant. All e-learning content will be loaded into the State’s Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS). All e-learning content must meet ADA/508 Compliance Requirements. All potential users will utilize the State LMS system to access e-learning content. This solution may be implemented for all state employees in the Executive Branch or by individual agencies and may include employees of the Judicial and Legislative branches and external partners.
