Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor is to identify old and non-working HVAC units. Those units are to be removed and discarded. Once contractor identifies those units that re to be removed, the contractor will request an inspection by the HACEP CPM to verify. Once approval to proceed is given, the contractor will remove and discard. 2. The purchase, supply and installation of new HVAC units on all units where old units have been removed. 3. Remove & replace existing water heater, and install new domestic 30 gal. water heater. 4. Remove & replace all windows in units, with new Low-E windows. 5. Remove & replace existing flooring with new flooring and/or carpet. Contractor will include carpets in all bedrooms and vinyl flooring on all other floor. 6. Remove & replace existing front door and install new doors with new hardware including the keyed door knob with deadbolt and peephole.
