Specifications include, but are not limited to: Org 050 Robert T. Hill Middle School - Project consists of the following 1. Science Classrooms: The scope consists of selective demolition, and conversion/renovation of 4 existing second floor classrooms into two (2) new Science Classrooms and a shared new Science Prep Room and includes, demolition, concrete repairs, PUF roofing repairs associated with new exhaust fans/vents, doors, frames & hardware, plaster, drywall and finishes ( VCT, Base, 2 x 2 ACT ceilings, plaster repairs, painting, tiling, etc.), science room casework/equipment, limited site work associated with acid waste basin replacement/connections and associated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology. 2. Area of work shall be separated from rest of floor by a temporary construction (dust partition) and Contractor shall have full access to the affected work area on the second floor. Necessary connections of piping and power to other parts of the school must be scheduled and coordinated so as not to affect operation of classes during school days, of any classrooms adjacent or below the area of the renovation, which might be used for routing of new lines.
