Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All services shall be performed by trained competent workers. B. Contractor to sweep entire public and security parking areas. C. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, labor, equipment (including hoses, heavy duty mechanical broom street sweeper), protective covering, insurance, transportation, licenses, or permits necessary to perform all work as described herein. Contractor shall check in/out with the Facility Supervisor upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. Failure to check in and out could result in invoices not being processed. D. Contractor will also provide power attachment/unit capable of blowing debris from under all parked vehicles in the CHP secured area and along fence line of property. E. Contractor will sweep or manually air blow building entrance and sidewalks clear of dirt and rubbish.
