Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Clerk-of-the-Works Services for the Reconstruction & Improvements Project at the Roxbury Fish Culture Station in Roxbury, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to, rebuilding the Fish Hatchery to meet new codes and environmental standards, through demolition and site clearing, installation of new Rearing Pavilions to include concrete floors, walls, doors, frames, finishes and hardware, installation of an Influent Treatment Building, Effluent Treatment Building and all associated equipment, installation of a new pre-fabricated Visitor Uni-Sex Restroom, new water pump system, plumbing fixtures and trim, as well as a new water service and waste to the septic mound system, and installation of a new electric service, panelboard, feeders and branch circuits, new emergency generator, new lighting systems and devices.
