Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms to provide Building Commissioning Services for the Sudro Hall Addition. During the CONSTRUCTION PHASE the CxA shall complete the following scope of work: Coordinate, direct and document commissioning activities in a logical, sequential and efficient manner using consistent protocols, clear and regular communications and consultations with all necessary parties, updated timelines or schedules, and technical expertise. Conduct a pre-construction commissioning process meeting. Perform review of submittals for HVAC and Temperature Controls at the same time as the Design Team. Comments shall be forwarded to the Design Engineer(s) for inclusion into Engineers review comments. Perform site visits as necessary during construction to observe general progress and conduct pre-functional checklists for equipment and attend (4) on-site meetings to stay informed on project progress.
