Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage. 10.2 Vendor must be licenses for work on all HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment located at the Big Spring State Hospital Campus at 1901 N Highway 87 in Big Spring, Texas. 10.3 Vendor must be available to respond in a timely manner to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays (see Attached Holiday Schedule). 10.4 Contract to include all parts, materials, labor and mileage. 10.5 Invoices billed to Big Spring State Hospital must have detailed description of work performed, materials and parts used and/or installed, hours of labor, mileage. The building and location where the work was performed and a description of the equipment repaired must be included on the invoice. 10.9 Big Spring State Hospital HVAC equipment includes, but is not limited to, ALL Heating and Air Conditioner Units, Walk-in Freezers, and Refrigerators/Coolers.
