Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arbour Park Booster Station Upgrades involve the installation of a new pre-packaged booster station to replace an existing booster station consisting of a small two story masonry structure with two aged booster pumps and piping. The project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following major work items: A. Demolition and disposal of the existing pumps, electrical equipment, piping, and appurtenances as indicated on the Drawings, including the removal of an existing diesel electrical generator. B. Furnishing and installation of a new pre-packaged booster station and concrete slab as indicated on the Drawings. The Contractor shall supply the concrete slab, install the new booster station, and new yard piping including valves and appurtenances. C. Conversion of the existing booster station into an emergency bypass pumping facility including patching existing floor penetrations, installation of new bypass piping and bypass pumping connections.
