Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Enterprise Contract and Procurement Services (ECPS) are establishing one or more blanket contract(s) for General Construction Services for region 10 El Paso, Van Horn, Culberson and the surrounding counties. Services to include the following: - General plumbing repair and/or installation. (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) - General HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) repair and/or installation. (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) - General Electrical (electrical installation and or repair) (Must be licensed by the State of Texas) - Glass Repair (provide routine or emergency glass breakage repair or installation) - Painting (provide interior / exterior wall painting on an as needed basis)
