Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County (County) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services to support meeting our Stormwater National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit responsibilities and other stormwater requirements. The County is responsible for providing maintenance inspection and oversight of residential stormwater management practices located in both public and private open space. When a residential stormwater management facility fails or otherwise does not meet intended standards, the County may redesign and reconstruct the facility to provide improved water quality and quantity control. The County is seeking the services of a professional engineering firm to provide these redesign services, including developing necessary plans and specifications necessary to take these projects to construction.
