Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage. Plumbing Provide emergency plumbing service at Kerrville State Hospital on an as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, service and repairs of water mains, ruptures and valve replacement, excavation of water mains, sewer and drain cleaning, maintenance/repairs/drain care, high pressure water jetting, pipe and repairs and/or replacement and any equipment rental necessary. Company must be available after hours 24/7 and provide a response time of 2 hours or less with a 15-minute call back in response to messages. HVAC Provide emergency service or repairs Kerrville State Hospital on an as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, HVAC/Heating, chillers and air handlers, parts and plumbing repair services.
