Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dallas Environmental Science Academy - Project consists of the following 1. Renovation of existing science labs into four new Science laboratories with two adjoining prep/storage spaces shared between. Includes new lab casework & components, new wall construction, new doors and hardware, ceilings, flooring and other finishes as identified within the contract documents. 2. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing alterations necessary to complete the scope. 3. New Acid Waste Basin Installation. Albert Sidney Johnston Elementary School - Project consists of the following 1. Overall replacement of the steam heating system with a hydronic boiler system throughout the campus. 2. Replacement of HVAC equipment associated with the above described conversion including boilers, pumps, piping and VAV/AHU replacement. 3. Architectural, electrical and roofing work associated with the conversion including: lighting & electrical, finishes, and roof work.
