Specifications include, but are not limited to: W.W. Samuell HS - Project consists of the following 1. Interior finishes demolition to accommodate new mechanical/electrical work. 2. Demolition of existing steam radiators and boilers. 3. Installation of four (4) new hot water boilers. 4. Installation of four (4) RTU, three (3) AHU and Split DX system units. 5. Update/replace DDC controls for new hydronic scope of work. 6. Roof work associated with installation of new HVAC roof mounted equipment. 7. Installation of new interior floor and ceiling finishes where mechanical/electrical work occurs. Painting of walls where steam radiators are removed. David W.
