Specifications include, but are not limited to: Patient Care Prevention Facilities-Property Management is seeking a qualified contractor to provide HVAC Services at defined UTMDACC Properties. The intended result of the Agreement is to assure Patient Care Prevention Facilities-Property Management that the HVAC Equipment maintained in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers recommendations as approved by PCPF. Contractor will provide as a part of its RFP, a detailed Preventative Maintenance Program that will outline Contractors annual HVAC Services program for the regular inspection, testing, calibration, and service of HVAC Equipment in accordance to original equipment manufacturer recommendations. Contractor shall also include information detailing its customer services, policies and procedures, and the structure of its management team.
