Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of architectural/engineering services for the following projects: New elementary school with an initial student capacity of 500, with core spaces to support expansion to 700. The site selection process is underway. The District expects the facility to be open for the 2015-2016 school year. The construction budget for this project is approximately $10,000,000. Various capital improvements to existing campuses, including such things as HVAC upgrades, remodel for controlled building entries, site improvements, accessibility upgrades, fire alarms, kitchen improvements, restroom upgrades, etc. Work will be scheduled as appropriate to minimize the impact to students and campus operations. Final completion of all improvements is expected by the start of the 2017-2018 school year. The construction budget for these improvements is approximately $3,200,000.
