Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform the necessary evaluation, design, and related functions required for development of plans and specifications for the City of College Stations Larry J. Ringer Library Expansion Project. This project will be an expansion of the Larry J. Ringer Library located at 1818 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South, College Station, Texas 77845. This project may include an expansion of the facility, repurposing of existing space, and additional parking. The project shall include all associated site civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, restroom facilities, and office / storage space needs including any modifications to the existing parking lot and driveway. The project design approach will be within the framework of the Library Audit Report (attached as Exhibit A) recommendations.
