Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the inspection, evaluation and consultation regarding the vertical transportation systems (elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, moving walks, material lifts, wheelchair lifts, stairway chairlifts and related equipment) as outlined in this ITB. Services to be provided shall consist of all necessary services required to perform the required inspections and witness the required tests as specified in this ITB for a fixed amount per inspection as listed on Appendix A pricing spreadsheet.
