Provide a Vulnerable Populations Coordinator and Vulnerable Populations Assistant Coordinator to assist the Office of Preparedness and state and local stakeholders with improving disaster preparedness for vulnerable populations and maintain the Special Needs Alert Program. Contractual persons will receive work related direction from the Office of Preparedness Director. All components listed in this section are mandatory. Must have valid drivers license and insurance. Contracted persons will receive mileage reimbursement for approved travel from the provider but costs must be included in RFP / contract. State will provide office and necessary office supplies, equipment, computers, printers.
