Documented Change Control Procedures8. Telecommunications redundant carrier circuits9. Capable of providing 10g or higher services to both the William Penn (Kent) andBiggs (New Castle) Data Centers10. Capable of providing dark fiber connections to both the William Penn (Kent) andBiggs (New Castle) Data Centers
