Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Selected Firm shall conduct the following partner-level services under this Contract: Complete review, as requested, of AOA’s engagement workpapers as indicated herein to satisfy the applicable professional standards including, but not limited to, generally accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS, Yellow Book) issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, as well as audit and attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Project setup and planning, including attendance at team planning/kickoff meetings to discuss the overall engagement plan and approach. Staff coaching and training, as requested. Technical assistance, as requested.
