Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kent County Levy Court’s Department of Public Works is soliciting detailed proposals with unit prices from qualified firms capable of providing laboratory analysis utilizing a wide range of methodologies within 40 CFR Part 136 Guidelines. The intent is to retain an analytical laboratory to perform laboratory work associated with, but not limited to, the industrial pretreatment program and the NPDES & the Distribution & Marketing permits for the Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility (KCRRRF). Services will include laboratory testing of pretreatment wastewater samples, collected wastewater influent and effluent samples, analysis of samples from onsite test wells and biosolids product testing samples, drinking water samples, solid waste samples for disposal of materials, and septage hauler samples.
