Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The frequency of quarterly maintenance shall be no more than ninety (90) days between services. B. Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides C. Ensure the doors are balanced, motor limiters are properly adjusted, drive chains are tight, and manual system is in proper working order. D. Inspect and test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears and bearings. Any work requiring a C-7 or C-10 license will not be covered under this Agreement. E. Provide belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses. F. Pressure wash all inspection by doors G. Should the contractor identify the need to make any necessary repairs and/or replacement of parts found during the quarterly maintenance service, such repair and/or replacements shall be covered as outlined in Item 9, Miscellaneous Repairs. H. All maintenance performed shall be to insure compliance with minimum manufacturer’s operating specifications for the model and make of this equipment.
