Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Current System Analysis a. Evaluation of the existing system condition with attention to energy consumption and efficiency. b. Evaluation of an open system (existing) versus a closed system c. Evaluation of the needs (load of cooling) of the facility. d. Recommendations of Design for the replacement. 2. Create two options for replacement of the cooling tower and related equipment. 3. Work with City Utilities to include rebates, grants and efficiencies 4. Provide bid documents to be used by the City to attain a construction contract for the replacement. 5. Attend the mandatory walk through of contractors, respond to questions and evaluate proposals to determine award of contract.
