Fuel – regular unleaded or E85 b. Engine Block Heater: A 750 watt (minimum) OEM equipment engine heater shall be provided to assist cold weather starting. It shall be mounted in a manner that the wiring will not contact hot engine parts. The exterior plug must have a cover to pre-vent the entry of water.
