Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Dewatering existing storm water pond as necessary to complete the work in a manner that is in full compliance with the Vermont Low Risk Site Handbook for Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control. Only clear water may be discharged into the existing pond outlet. 2. Temporarily remove and store chain link fence and accessories to allow access to the pond. Replace any damaged fence or accessories and reinstall in original locations at project completion. 3. Cleaning and regrading existing storm water pond to re-establish the forebays on each end of the pond and the permanent pool in the middle of the grades shown. Also cleaning and grading of the entire pond bottom area and regrading pond side slopes in the shaded areas of the plans to the grades shown. 4. Construction of 2 upslope drainage swales to direct upslope runoff to stabilized pond entrance at each end. 5. Installation of topsoil, seed and then permanent erosion control/slope stabilization geotextile fabric in shaded areas shown on the plans, including a section of the north drainage swale. 6. Installation of topsoil, seed and photodegradable erosion control fabric in the drainage swales as shown on plan. 7. Seed and mulch all other areas disturbed during construction including laydown and stockpile areas. 8. Removal and re-installation of existing perimeter fence as deemed necessary to complete the afore mentioned work. 9. Associated work to maintain a clean, safe and controlled work site.
