Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work includes the repair and rehabilitation of 165 sanitary sewer manholes. Such as patching, invert, bench and flow channel repair, the installation of manhole steps, the application of a cementitious liner material, the sealing of manhole frames and chimneys, chemical injection of grout, etc. to stop active infiltration, resetting or the complete replacement of manhole frame and cover assemblies and locating and or raising manhole frame and cover assemblies. The removal and replacement of 2,100 LF sewer main, the repair and replacement of 25 existing sewer service lateral connections via open cut including the installation of 21 new cleanouts, 250 LF of open cut pipe replacement/point repairs. CONTRACT B: Work includes cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 5,850 LF of existing 6, 8 and 10 diameter sewer main, the installation of numerous three (3) foot sectional liners, lining 65 service laterals, grinding and cutting intruding laterals, 4,300 LF of root intrusion treatment and the pressure testing and sealing of approximately 325 existing sewer main pipe joints that are to be pressure tested and sealed pending the test results.
