Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply and install the following on a 2019 Ford F550 Crew Cab: Truck Bed Custom 11’ Heavy Hauler Platform Body with wood floor and diamond plate overlay. Platform to be reinforced with a crane mounting system able to accommodate a 4000 lb./ 16,000 lb-ft capacity, corner mount crane. Crane will be mounted in the passenger side (rear) of bed (right side as driven) and rest when not activated upon bulkhead/ transverse compartment and/or crane rest. 40” Heavy duty welded on bulkhead Tool and Equipment Box (Transverse Compartment) Custom tool cabinets recessed into each front corner of the body, 60” tall (40” above bed/ 20 inches of box below bed) x 24” wide x 20” deep. A through compartment will be fabricated between the two front mounted toolboxes, not to exceed toolbox or bulkhead height. The back of the through compartment will be lined with steel tread plate in order to protect the compartment through box from load damage. Two sliding trays will be installed in through box with one on each side. Each tray will be capable of holding in an extended (out) position, 250 lbs. Stake Panels Heavy duty 40” tall stake racks side (no less than 2 each side) and rear. Forward side racks will be swing out style. E-track will be installed on side racks. Rear racks will be swing out type rather than lift out and will be covered with smooth aluminum on the traffic (external) side to accommodate chevron striping which will be added by vendor in accordance with State of Delaware, Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Vehicle Specifications (pattern to be provided by DNREC POC after award).
