Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services to cover all aspects of Helicopter Spraying and Surveillance for Phragmites Control requirements for the Wildlife Section based on a fixed per acre rate. Phragmites control program operations regularly take place from August through October. Thefrequency of Phragmites control operational work with the use of a helicopter is weather dependent.During the Phragmites spraying season a helicopter and crew must be ready to spray statewideMonday-Friday, and occasionally weekend work may be required. Herbicides will be furnished by the Agency and delivered to the field landing sites. The Contractor maybe required to mix and load herbicides when leaving from their central base of operations or one of thelocal Delaware airport facilities after being provided with the herbicide and the amount to be loaded byWildlife Section staff
