Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council (VTDDC) will soon complete Year Two of a Five-Year Cycle (FFY’17-’21). Each year VTDDC is required to measure progress toward the Goals and Objectives in its Five-Year State Plan and report the finding to our federal funder, the Administration for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD). As part of the process, we engage an independent evaluator to review reports, as well as a portfolio of key deliverables. Review is guided by our annual work plan and logic model, as well as by AIDD’s Performance Measures. DETAILS are in the ATTACHED documents. Bid should include qualifications, at least 2 references, rate, and estimated time for the project.
