Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install four (4) new 4-Ton Condensers with 4-Ton cased coils, 13 SEER. Bids should include name and serial number of units proposed 2. Provide and install six (6) 110,000 BTUH gas fired furnaces (Four for Building Two for Apparatus Bay), bids should include name and model number of units proposed 3. Provide and install 2 Raised Filter Rack on Bottom of all Units 4. Check existing ductwork for leaks, sealing all for air-tight system 5. Provide and install industry standard, and acceptable supports/straps for existing chemical lines, holding them in place, at existing masonry 6. Clean (flush) refrigerant pipe of old chemicals 7. Install driers on liquid lines 8. Evacuate and recharge all units 9. Connect and disconnect electrical as needed to complete installation 10. Insure all existing thermostats are properly controlling new equipment 11. Provide equipment start up and system check, with Owner representative present 12. Provide two (2) Operations Manuals to Owner and enough filters for one complete change out of all units 13. Provide check-list for preventive maintenance for first post-installation year.
