Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Overall project plans. • Project schedule(s) that reflect resource demand across projects. • Coordination of activities and scheduling of resources and project tasks. • Frequent check-in with both the Project Portfolio Manager and the Director of the EPMO. • Work with external vendor project managers, VDH ADAP functional project leads, the ADS IT Portfolio Manager and VDH Director of Digital Services to synthesize the project plan for all remaining activities. • Lead process to measure progress. Update project plans accordingly. Escalate to project sponsors if any delays occur. • Required EPMO reporting/deliverables. • Risk assessment, mitigation and management. • Facilitate team meetings. • Perform PM duties on-site (Burlington and as needed at Preferred Provider sites around the State) when required by the State.
