Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is in need of grading and excavation outside the Academy Canine Facility. CHP will execute the contract documents, coordinate with contractor as necessary, and conduct inspections to insure that work is conducted in strict accordance with project scope of work (SOW). No deviations from the SOW will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from the assigned CHP Facilities Coordinator. Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, electrical, protective covering, transportation, licenses, or permits necessary to grade and excavate the Canine Facility area described within this document. Services shall be provided in accordance with the following: 1. Contractor shall site BMPs (Best Management Practices). 2. Contractor shall provide Grading and Excavation. 3. Contractor shall finish surface to match existing, hydroseed. 4. Contractor shall clean and return work areas to original working condition
