Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Valley Division office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Concrete Joint Sealant Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. 1. Multicomponent Sealant for Concrete: Pourable, chemically curing elastomeric formulation complying with the following requirements for formulation and with ASTM C 920 for type, grade, class, and uses indicated: a. Coal-Tar-Modified Polymer Formulation: Type M; Grade P; Class 25; Uses T and, as applicable to joint substrates indicated, O. 2. Single-Component Urethane Sealant for Concrete: Single-component, pourable, coaltar-modified, urethane formulation complying with ASTM C 920 for Type S; Grade P; Class 25; Uses T, M, and, as applicable to joint substrates indicated, O. 3. Products: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide one of the following: Multicomponent Fuel-Resistant Sealant for Concrete: a. Vulkem 202; Mameco International. b. SEALTIGHT GARDOX; W.R. Meadows, Inc. c. Urexpan NR-300; Pecora Corporation. d. Sonomeric 2; Sonneborn Building Products Div., ChemRex, Inc. e. Or equal.
