Specifications include, but are not limited to: Notice is hereby given that the Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) requests bids for Contract No. MIV-14-01 Terminal Apron Rehabilitation and Expansion Phase II. The work of the above project consists of, but is not limited to: The expansion of the Terminal Apron (approximately 22,000 SY of existing Portland cement concrete ("PCC"). The Phase-II project will generally involve expanding the Apron toward Leddon Rd. to connect the Administration/SRE building to the terminal apron. The Phase-II project will include new concrete pavement, relocation of existing sanitary pump station and utilities, installation of new tie-downs, lighting and marking within the project area. The project will also include new fencing and gates around the expanded apron area and removal of existing pavement on the abandoned runway at the South limit of the airport.
