Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lamar State College-Orange intends to award a contract to a commercial heating and air company to furnish all professional services, equipment, labor and materials necessary to provide preventative maintenance services and repairs for the heating and cooling systems and related systems in Lamar State College-Orange owned facilities. The total obligation of the College for the term of a contract that is executed as a result of this bid shall be based upon need by the College. The College does not guarantee a minimum value of this contract. This contract does not include HVAC work in new construction. This bid will require (1) a lump sum bid for preventative maintenance services and (2) a bid for time and material for repairs/services performed outside of the preventative maintenance agreement.
