Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD), Department of Economic Development, is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors competent to deliver OEA Grant Program Management and Regional Collaboration Coordination for the six (6) New England states services and supporting the defense industries within each New England State. The State recognizes the important contribution and vital impact that small businesses have on the State's economy. In this regard, the State subscribes to a free and open bidding process that affords all businesses equal access and opportunity to compete for State contracts for goods and services. The State also encourages businesses owned by minorities and women to compete for State contracts.
