Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide highly specialized consulting and technical services to support the State of Vermont in relation to the tasks of the development of the nationwide public safety broadband network (NPSBN) within its borders.Those highly specialized consulting and planning services include, but are not limited to: policy development, wireless coverage analytics, drive and field testing, planning and strategic consulting services. The vendor should have a deep knowledge of 4G/LTE and LMR technology and be able to provide consulting and technical services throughout the grant program timeline for the State and Local Implementation Grant Program (SLIGP) 2.0 to the Department of Public Safety. Consulting and technical support knowledge encompasses broadband and LMR technology, GIS services, project management and meeting facilitation.
