Specifications include, but are not limited to: Trade services for this contract are listed below: Carpenter: Rough - framing wood/metal studs, finish, hang doors and windows, build rough wooden structures, such as concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports and temporary frame shelters according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. Electrician: All electrical work must be performed in a strict accordance to the latest edition of the NEC by an electrician registered and /or licensed by the State of Texas. Carpet and Floor Layer: Installation of floor tile/linoleum, carpet & base (including demolition and disposal). Measures and cuts covering materials, such as rubber, linoleum,cork tile, foundation material and/or carpet according to blueprints and/or sketches. Painter: Applies primer, texture or paint to various surfaces Applies coats of paint, varnish,stain or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and/or fixtures if buildings or structures. Pipefitter: Must be Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified. Plumber: Plumber must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainagesystems, according to specifications and plumbing codes
