Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition Concrete Structural Steel and Erection Cabinets and Casework Roofing Doors and Hardware Windows and Glass Metal Stud Framing 1. This project consists but not limited to the demolition or removal of most metal wall system partitions and associated doors, interior glazing, ceiling grid and tiles, light fixtures, data cabling, hvac ductwork and associated equipment, HVAC units, flooring material, and millwork. Most doors will be salvaged for reuse. New work will include but is not limited to new metal stud construction, new interior glazing, new ceiling grid and tiles, new floor finishes, new millwork, new LED light fixtures, new data cabling, relocated doors and hardware, new HVAC ductwork with new associated equipment and new HVAC units. There are four floors in the building and work will be phased on a floor by floor basis with swing space provide on the 1st floor. The building will be occupied so coordination with the tenant is required. The contractor will be responsible for the dismantling of the existing system furniture and its offsite storage. The dismantled furniture is to be packed and stored with other like pieces. The contractor is to be responsible for the disconnect of all electrical power to the dismantled furniture. The contractor will be responsible for the electrical hookup of all new furniture including base power feeds, harnesses, power poles and whips.
