Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and renovation scope will be approximately 320 GSF of the existing space in the Zale Lipshy University Hospital, 8th Floor Therapy Kitchen for the Rehab department. This space will require the demo and removal including but not limited, ceilings, ductwork, plumbing fixtures, appliances, vent hood, roofing areas, shelving, cabinetry, HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, plywood paneling, electrical panel, electrical conduit, wiring, light fixtures, and receptacles as shown on the drawings. The space will require new construction of ceilings, MEP systems, flooring (patch), roofing, millwork, painting, electrical receptacles, connections, light fixtures, testing, commissioning, coordination of equipment requirements with vendors, and fire alarm, as shown on the drawings.
