Specifications include, but are not limited to: McKinney Independent School District is accepting sealed proposals for HVAC Chiller System Maintenance for the McKinney ISD. The intended use/purpose for this Proposal is to cover labor/equipment costs for HVAC Chiller System repair and/or installation(s) at Valley Creek Elementary. The total square footage of facilities space maintained is estimated to be approximately +/- 69,000 square feet. It is estimated that approximately 30-50 hours of HVAC Chiller System Maintenance work may be required annually, but the District reserves the right to increase/decrease "estimated" hours as needed during the term of the Contract. The work may include, but is not limited to, individual projects to install, erect, repair, service or alter heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment or systems to heat, cool or ventilate structures at Valley Creek Elementary or work incidental to the installation or repair. Quotes for projects/service will be requested on an as needed basis. Vendor shall provide McKinney ISD with diagnostic access tools at no additional cost to McKinney ISD for all Electrical and Mechanical systems, components, etc., procured through this Contract
