Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont has on-going requirements for guardrail and related items. Recognizing the volatility in the steel market may have discouraged some vendors from bidding on prior RFPs, the State of Vermont is seeking comment on whether the inclusion of an economic price adjustment clause, such as the one set forth in the draft solicitation, would increase the number of vendors willing to supply these items. The State is also seeking any other comments that would assist in identifying and eliminating other barriers to vendor participation in Vermont guardrail contracts. Any collateral material such as brochures and marketing material submitted in a response will not be considered. Further, only comments specifically and explicitly related to the draft RFP content will be considered.
