Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under these specifications are under the jurisdiction of the CHP, who will execute the contract documents, coordinate with the Contractor as necessary, and conduct inspections to insure the work is being done in strict accordance with the specifications. No deviations from these specifications will be permitted without concurrence and subsequent authorization from the CHP Facilities Coordinator. Contractor shall attend a pre-construction meeting with the CHP Facilities Coordinator and the Area office contact, at which time the Contractor will provide a work schedule and any job related submittals. The Contractor will provide the following services: A. Replace weather stripping on two exterior (2) South doors. B. Replace electric strike on South door. C. Replace exit devise on modular building door. D. Remove and replace the existing one (1) exterior metal door and hardware on the West side of the building. Paint new door existing color, and dispose of existing door and hardware. Exterior door should be installed per specifications below. a. (1) HM Door 3’0”x 6’8” 1 -3/4 18ga. w/cutout; b. (1) Vision Lite (window) – Lo Pro 7”x22’; c. (1) ¼” Clear Tempered Glass; d. (1) Exit device; e. (1) Surface Closer; f. (1) Door Sweep; g. (1) Weather Strip; h. (1) Latch Guard; i. (1) Electric Strike. E. Replace three key pads with equal.
